District convener of Kisan Sabha Hamjinder Singh has strongly condemned the recent statement made by BJP’s Rajya Sabha member Ramchandra Jangra about Kisan Andolan. He said that the MP should apologize for this. If he does not apologise, the farmers’ organization will be forced to oppose the MP.
Hamjinder Singh said that the 13-month-long farmers’ movement against the three agricultural laws was the largest historical and peaceful movement in the world, which has been studied all over the world, but BJP ministers and MPs are carrying out the legitimate demands of farmers. They hate the movements and this hatred has been expressed on many occasions. Now, BJP’s Rajya Sabha member Ramchandra Jangra has crossed all limits by making baseless allegations of disappearance of girls from border villages during farmers’ movement, calling farmers of Punjab drug addicts, increase in drugs in Haryana after farmers’ movement.
