The wrestler Nevan Sangwan has been expelled in Bulgaria. The Indian Wrestling Union (WFI) suspended and expelled from the World Championship team due to weight loss in the U20 World Wrestling Championship.
The 18-year-old was to participate in the 59kg category at the U20 World championship but his weight was over 600 grams from the prescribed limit against Canada’s Alla Mary. He was disabled by the administrators and became out of representation in India.
A trial winning Neha for a senior world championship will be included in the 59 kg of square of Salika Malik team. The World Championship is about to be in the Zagreb of 13-21 September 13-21.
