New Delhi, February 17
India has given the country’s name for the Petition of the country to direct the Center from the government today. The court said that the lawyer introduced by the Center have sought some time to get direction. Initially, petitioner approached the Supreme Court and directed the Center to direct the Center to keep India’s name ‘India’ or ‘Hindustan’. On the matter, Justice Sachin Dutta had heard on February 4 and the court has set the hearing for March 12.
