This setting adds extra frames in between the frames of the video to make it appear smooth, which affects the video quality. Therefore, change this setting which comes pre-enabled.
Sharpness
Setting the correct sharpness on a 4K TV is also important. If you set the sharpness too high, the TV will create a fake outline of the object, which replaces parts of the original image. Therefore do not keep the sharpness high on 4K TV. Due to this the videos start appearing blurry. To avoid this, set the sharpness as per your convenience.

Nowadays, eco mode has started appearing in everything from TV to vehicles. The function of Eco mode in TV is to save electricity. When activated, the TV display is unable to operate at its full capabilities to conserve power. It adjusts brightness and contrast according to the picture content, due to which you may not get the best picture quality.
