There is great news for the youth who are dreaming of police jobs in Haryana. Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released notification for Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates will be selected for a total of 5,500 posts under this recruitment. The application process will be completely online and will start from 11 January 2026.
Description of vacancies
- Total Posts: 5500 Constables
- Male Constable (General Duty): 4500 Posts
- Male Constable (GRP): 400 Posts
- Women Constable (General Duty): 600 Posts
Separate seats are reserved for women.
Application Process
- Online Application Start: 11 January 2026
- Last date: 25 January 2026, by 11:59 PM
- Important: No application fee will be charged from any category candidate.
Eligibility and age limit
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed 12th.
- No additional marks will be given for any degree above 12th.
- Age Limit: 18 to 25 years.
- Reserved categories will get discount as per rules.
Physical test
- Men: 2.5 km run in 12 minutes.
- Women: 1 km run in 6 minutes.
- Height (Normal Category): Male – 170 cm, Female – 158 cm.
- Chest (Normal Square): Male – 83 cm.
- Height (Reserved Class): Male – 168 cm, Female – 156 cm.
- Chest (conserved square): Male – 81 cm.
Rules for certificates
- BCA, BCB and EWS category certificates should be issued on or after 01 April 2025.
- DSC and OSC category certificates should be dated 13 November 2024 onwards.
- Certificates for ESM family members must be issued or renewed after 12 January 2025.

- Submit the form by uploading the required information and documents.
