As per the Airman Group Y (Non-Technical) Medical Assistant Trade Recruitment 2026 notification released by the Air Force, the application process will continue till February 1.
12th, Diploma, and B.Sc. Candidates having the following qualifications are eligible to apply for this recruitment. This recruitment is especially for those with medical background who want to pursue a disciplined and honorable career in the Air Force. Airman Group Y posts will be filled in this recruitment drive. Although the vacancies have not been announced yet, like every year, a large number of candidates will be selected from across the country. Selected candidates will first receive training and then regular salary and allowances.
Candidates must have passed 12th standard with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects, and 50% distinction in English.
If this qualification is not available, they should have completed two years vocational course with PCB and English with 50% or more marks.
OR They have Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 50% marks or B.Sc. must be. Registration with State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India is mandatory.
Minimum age limit for this recruitment is 17 years and maximum age is between 21 to 24 years.
₹550 for General, OBC, SC, ST, and separately eligible candidates, plus 18% GST.
