The country’s supreme court under the Money Landering Prevention Act will be heard on May 7 and the Supreme Court is considered to be discussed at his 2022 decision to determine the power. In the three-member bench, Justice Suarkrit, Justice Whiskal will be roasted and Justice N Kotshwar Singh.
Earlier, the bench of Justice Surya Kant, Justice Zoy and Justice CT Ravikumumar was hearing the case. Justice Revival had retired on January 5. Justice Kant had said that this bench was misunderstanding and assured the lawyers that would soon hear the bench of a new three judge bench. It is forbidden that July 2022 retained the powers of the arrestive court in the Mani Landering Directory of Arms and ED under the Return Prevention Act (PMLA).
