Social messaging Whatsapp was not working for thousands of users on Saturday (April 12, 2025). Many users complained of having trouble sending messages and uploading status. According to the dowdater, at least 597 complaints were filed against WhatsApp till 5:22 pm on Saturday evening.
According to the dowdater, 85 percent of these complaints were related to sending messages. Not only this, 12 percent of the people faced problems in the app and 3 percent during the login.
Many users also complained about WhatsApp down on social media platform X. Posting about this, a user questioned whether Whatsapp is down, because I am trying to put the status, but it is not being uploaded. The user also shared a screenshot with it, in which the status uploaded paid is clearly visible.
Another user posted on X and wrote whether it is happening to me or you are also having trouble putting status on WhatsApp. At the same time, another user wrote that whatsapp is down? I am having trouble sending messages. Is this happening to you too?
Talking about the complaint of Whatsapp Down, many people have also faced trouble in logging in. However, no statement has been revealed by Meta on complaints of Whatsapp Down. Some similar complaints have also been made by users with Instagram and Facebook. Significantly, all three social media platforms are owned by Mata.
