The Delhi High Court has allowed the arranged for MPs of Parliament of Jammu and Kashmir to join the ongoing session of Parliament in the terrorist funding case. The bench of Justice Chandra Dri Dhari Singh and Anoop Jairam said that police Rashid would take Engineer in Parliament for all the days between March 26 and would bring him back.
The bench further said that while living outside the jail, Rashid would not be entitled to use the cellphone or a landline or communicate with the media. In the militant acting case, Rashid, facing the trial under the Economic Activity (Prevention) Act (UAPA), which has been challenged the Hukam of the March 10, which was refused to be bare confine parole or interim bail to join the Lok Sabha. –News-Patiala
