Additional Sessions Judge court summons NIA to 5; The second part of Parliament budget session starts on March 10
New Delhi, March 3
Jammu and Kashmir MP Basian Rashid (Jammu and Kashmir Mp Engineer Rashid) has knocked on the door of Delhi to take part in the alleged militant funding case to join the arrival issue.
Additional Sessions Judge Chandudjit Singh directed the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to file his reply from March 5 on Monday. MP has demanded relief on the file filed in court on February 27 to have a Member of Parliament and he needs to join his public duty.
