A Delhi court has postponed the detention application for a week to attend the arrival in Jammu and Kashmir Member Rashid. Oberi’s lawyer also said that the court would pass the order on March 10. Additional Sessions Judge Chandudjit Singh had reserved Rashid’s application on March 5. It may be recalled that Rashid demanded the relief on the basis of a mail by filed on February 27, and he needed to attend his public duty. It also has to state that the Engineer Rashid defeated Baramula from Baramola in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The second part of Parliament budget session will start on March 10 and end April 4.
