The Special Investigation Team of Punjab Police has recorded two other cases against the travel agents after being deported from Punjab. The number of cases so far in the case has come to the tenth.
The new FIR has been registered against the agents who sent them illegally from the US with false promises. Some of these victims have recently been deported. ADGP NRI Affairs Praveen Sinha said the case was registered against 43 traval agents last year.
The first case is registered against Jaskaran Singh, Mahinder Singh, Hardev Kaur and Sujan Singh. All of them are the residents of Tawaali in Tanda in Hoshiarpur district. The second case has been registered against the travel agent of Tanda’s travel agent Happy and Tarn Taran district. Case has been registered under various sections of the Immigration Act in Hoshiarpur’s Niaya Police Police.
Kabilegaur is that led by the ADGP Praveen Sinha is investigated by the complaints listed by the decorders of travel agents. The team has registered cases against the betting statements.
Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav has appealed to citizens to join the arrest of fraudulent travel agents. He said that people’s cooperation is very important to eliminate these fraudulent networks.
