The Supreme Court on Friday sought response to the CBI’s appeal against the acquittal of Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh and four others in the 2002 murder case.
A bench of Chief Justice of India Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar has issued a notice seeking answers from those acquitted in the case.
