Homage to Swami Vivekananda Modi and Murmu pay homage to Swami Vivekananda


New Delhi, January 12

President Draupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tributes to spiritual leader and social reformer Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary. Mr. Modi said that Vivekananda is an eternal inspiration for the youth. Swami Vivekananda, who was born in 1863, founded the famous Ramakrishna Mission. Vivekananda’s works on Vedanta and other aspects of Hindu philosophy are highly regarded.

“A timeless inspiration to the youth, he continues to ignite passion and purpose in young minds,” Mr. Modi said at the X. We are committed to fulfilling their vision of a strong and developed India.”

On the other hand, President Draupadi Murmu paid tribute to Swami Vivekananda on his birth anniversary and said that he inspired the youth to work towards nation building and serve humanity. Murmu said in a post on X that his legacy continues to inspire countless people around the world. -News-Patiala
