With the fast to death going on for 46 days, hopes of unity are beginning to be seen in all the farmers’ organizations.

It is to be noted that in accordance with the decision taken during the grand conference held by the United Kisan Morcha (SKM) at Moga yesterday, the six-member committee of the SKM arrived at the Gujran border in Dhaka today to invite the two conflicting forums for unity talks. The atmosphere was very pleasant and warm.

On reaching here, this committee was warmly welcomed by the leaders of both the forums. The leaders of the committee, who were shocked by this, repeatedly praised it.

After inquiring about Dallewal’s condition, during the press conference held jointly by the leaders of the committee and the forums, it was said that although they may have ideological differences, they are of one mind on all the 12 demands and their target (central government) is also common. is

Talking to journalists, Kaka Singh Kotra said that he has requested the leaders of the committee from both the forums to fight together to win this front. He expressed hope that he would soon consider and take a constructive decision in this regard.

The other SKM leaders, Joginder Singh Ugrahan and Balveer Singh Rajewal, said that they would hold a meeting very soon and discuss the matter. However, the leaders of both the parties also said that the central government has so far avoided accepting the demands even by saying that farmers’ organizations should gather first. There are and now the central government should ensure the fulfillment of the demands by starting a dialogue with the farmers.

On this occasion, along with committee member Raminder Singh Patiala and others, many other leaders including Sukhjit Singh Hardojhande, Manjit Singh Dhaner and Dilbagh Singh Harigarh from both forums were also present.
