Chandigarh Mayoral Polls: In a blow to the Congress ahead of the Chandigarh mayoral polls, its leader and Municipal Corporation Ward No. 27 councilor Gurbaksh Rawat has joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) here on Monday.
Rawat joined the saffron faction in the presence of Chandigarh BJP president Jitinder Pal Malhotra and senior party leader Sanjay Tandon at the BJP office Kamalam in Sector 33 here.
