The father of the victim said he was not demanding death sentence for Sangeet Rai at the moment, but the names of all come to light. We do not just want to punish Sanjay Rai but all for all of them. So we are no longer demanding a death sentence for Sanjay Rai.
Taking talks of the Union Examination Bureau (CBI) and the West Bengal government, talking to reporters after hearing two parallel petitions. Sanjay Rai has been sentenced to the Calcutta High Court Division bench. Justice Devanshu Bask and Justice Patar Rashidi has been reserved for the decision, and it will make it clear after the case of the case.
The special court of Kolkata had sentenced Sanjay Rai to life imprisonment. However, both the CBI and the state government challenged the Calcutta High Court and demanded the death penalty for the accused alone. -IALS
