Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday paid tributes to ‘Sahebzades’ and remembered their bravery and sacrifice on the occasion of ‘Veer Bal Diwas’. In a post on ‘X’, the Prime Minister said that at a very young age, he remained firm on his beliefs and principles. Sahibzade’s sacrifice is a great example of bravery and commitment to values.
He wrote that “Today, on the occasion of Veer Bal Divas, we remember the bravery and sacrifice of Sahibzades. He also bowed remembering the bravery of Mata Gujri Ji and Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
Prime Minister Modi will participate in nationwide Veer Bal Divas celebrations at Bharat Mandapam New Delhi today and launch the Suposhit Gram Panchayat Abhiyan. Children who received the Prime Minister’s National Children’s Award will also be present during the program. It may be mentioned that Prime Minister Modi announced on January 9, 2022 that ‘Veer Bal Divas’ will be celebrated on December 26 as a tribute to Sahibzades. –ANI
