Paying homage to the great martyrs who sacrificed their lives to protect the country in the Indo-Pakistani war of 1971, Cabinet Minister Aman Arora said that he is proud of his army. Today, he paid tribute to the martyrs at the war memorial of martyrs built in Asafwala near the international border. Speaking at the function organized by the Martyrs’ Samadhi Committee with the support of the district administration, Aman Arora said that this monument is a sacred place for us and the whole country pays homage to this monument, where the soldiers who died for the country in the war of 1971 are commemorated. has gone He also strongly appreciated the people of Fazilka who always take care of this monument along with the army. It may be mentioned that a war memorial has been built in Fazilka in memory of the soldiers who died protecting the country in the 1971 war in Fazilka sector where a ceremony is held every year on this day.
The cabinet minister also announced a grant of 15 lakh rupees for this war memorial. Earlier, he also inaugurated a wall prepared in honor of the martyrs along with the Victory Tower and met the families of the ex-servicemen and martyrs who participated in the 1971 war.
On this occasion, minister’s wife Shabina Arora, MLA Narinder Pal Singh Sawna, MLA Jagdeep Kamboj Goldi, MLA Amandeep Singh Goldi Musafir, Deputy Commissioner Amarpreet Kaur Sandhu, SSP Virinder Singh Brar, SDM Kanwarjit Singh Mann were present.

Apart from this, cabinet minister Aman Arora inaugurated the statue and community park in the government cattle pond by District Animal Welfare Society Salem Shah here today.
