Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland has announced her resignation from the post. There was a dispute between Justin Trudeau and Freeland for several days. After the resignation, Freeland said that she will contest the next election from her old constituency. Earlier, another minister Sian Fraser had also sent his resignation to the Prime Minister. Fraser was involved in some controversies when he was housing minister three years ago. The resignations given by the two ministers are being considered as an alarm bell for the Trudeau ministry.
