ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਾਸੀ/ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ/ ਡੋਮੀਸਾਇਲ ਲਈ ਪਟਵਾਰੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ
ਪਟਵਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਣ ਯੋਗ ਗੱਲਾ। ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਸੀ ਖੱਜਲ ਖੁਆਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਅਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਅਪਣਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਬਣਵਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ।
1. ਜੇਕਰਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਬੂਤ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਨਮ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਾਂ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਜਾਂ ਸਰਪੰਚ/ਐਮ.ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਟਵਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਕਰੇ।
2. ਜੇਕਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟੋ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਜਿਸਦੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਲਾਜਮੀ ਹੈ।
3. ਜੇਕਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਚੱਲ ਸੰਪਤੀ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਸੰਪਤੀ ਦਾ ਪੁਖਤਾ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ ਨਾਲ ਨੱਥੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜਮੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ, ਫਰਦ,ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀਆਦਿ।
4. ਜੇਕਰ ਵਿਆਹੁਤਾ ਔਰਤ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਨੂੰ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ ਨੱਥੀ ਕਰੇ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਪਤਾ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਵੇ। ਉਸਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਦਾ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ ਨੱਥੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਲਾਜਮੀ ਹੈ।
* ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ, ਪਿਤਾ/ਪਤੀ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ,ਪਤਾ ਸਾਫ-ਸਾਫ ਲਿਖਿਆਜਾਵੇ।ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ Cutting/Mistake ਨਾਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ Fluid ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।
Patwari Report for Punjab Resident/Residence Certificate/Domicile
A point to be noted while getting the Patwari report. You can apply for your certificate very by avoiding the hassle.
1. If the applicant was born in the state of Punjab then attach the birth certificate or passport or report of Sarpanch/MC and Patwari as proof.
2. If the applicant is a permanent resident of the State of Punjab for at least five years, such document should be attached, the date of issue of which must be five years old.
3. If the applicant owns immovable property in the state of Punjab then the property must be attached with proper documents like ID, registry, etc.
4. If a married woman has come to the State of Punjab after getting married from another State, and her marriage has not lasted for at least five years, she should attach a document containing the name and address of her husband. Her husband has to attach a five-year-old resident document of Punjab state.
* The applicant’s name, father/husband’s name, and address should be written. No cutting/mistake should be made in the report and fluid should not be used in the report.
