Additional District Magistrate Amaninder Kaur Brar using the powers conferred by PCS under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2012. (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. SCF No. 75, 1st Floor, Phase 11 Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar The license issued for consultancy work has been suspended for 90 days with immediate effect.
The Additional District Magistrate while issuing the letter said that the license for the work of consultancy was issued to Mess: Victoria Guidelines (OPC) Pvt. He said that on the basis of the complaint received against the firm, the office had sent a letter to the official address of the licensee seeking information about the clients, the fees charged from them, and a report on the service rendered.
He said that the report was not sent by the licensee after a long time. He said that Deputy Captain Police Urban-2 SAS Nagar had informed in his letter that the firm had cheated the complainant by sending him out.
He said that despite the notice issued by the office to the immigration company, neither the proprietor nor any of his representatives were present at the office. Due to this the license of the said firm has been suspended for 90 days with immediate effect. He said that the licensee has also been directed to stop work under this license.
