News Patiala: Reiterating the firm commitment of his government to making Punjab clean & green, CM Bhagwant Mann directs Punjab Pollution Control Board to pull up their socks for making Punjab a pollution-free state. Directs to launch a special drive for implementing zigzag technology in brick kilns.
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰਾ ਤੇ ਹਰਿਆ-ਭਰਿਆ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਬੋਰਡ (ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਬੀ.) ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਸ਼ਿੱਦਤ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣ। ਭੱਠਿਆਂ ਉਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਮੁਕਤ ਜ਼ਿਗ-ਜ਼ੈਗ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਫੌਰੀ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਉਤੇ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ।
