Aam Aadmi Party MLA and Speaker Kultar Sandhwan were given a memorandum by the leaders of the Multipurpose Health Employees Union.
Union leader Harjinder Kumar said that the 7th pay commission was implemented on Punjab employees recruited after July 17, 2020. With this, there is a huge difference in the pay of employees working on the same post and with the newly recruited employees. It’s a nasty joke. There is a huge outcry among the newly appointed employees.
Union leader Harjinder Kumar said that his probationary period is three years which leads to economic exploitation of the employees. He was accompanied by Harjinder Kumar, Anish Kumar, Hoshiar Singh, Ashok Kumar, Aman Singh, and others.
