Food Safety Officer collects food samples in Patiala : Patiala News Today

The team of the Food Safety Officer’s Office took 9 samples of food items from Lahore Gate and nearby shops today to check the sale of adulterated food items before Lohri. Samples will be sent to the draft food testing lab.

District Health Officer Shelley Jaitley said that the team inspected the food items displayed in the shops at Lahori Gate, Mathura Road, and adjoining areas. “If the samples collected fail the test, we will take action against the shop owners,” She said.
