ਦਭੁਲੱਥ ਤੋਂ ਐਮ ਐਲ ਏ ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਦਾ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ

 ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ, 19 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2021 – 

              ਭੁਲੱਥ ਤੋਂ ਐਮ ਐਲ ਏ ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਦਾ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਹਾਲ ‘ਚ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ‘ਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।

The resignation of MLA Sukhpal Khaira from Bholath has been accepted. 

“Consequent upon the resignation of Sardar Sukhpal Singh Khaira, the seat of 26-Bholath Assembly Constituency in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with the effect from Oct 19, 2021.” stated the notificaiton issed by Punjab Vidhan Sabha. 

Former AAP MLA had joined Congress along with two other rebel MLAs  Bhadaur MLA Pirmal Singh and Maur MLA Jagdev Singh Kamalu in June this year.
