Amidst the ongoing rains in Mumbai, a car parked on the roadside in Ghatkopar area got stuck inside the ground. The part where the car was parked broke down and sank into the ground. A video of this incident has surfaced. In this, the car is seen slowly sinking into the ground. On receiving the news, the employees of Fire Brigade Department and BMC reached the spot. It is difficult to get out of the car due to the water being filled in the submerged area.
According to the traffic department, this car belongs to Dr P Doshi, a resident of Ghatkopar area. He said that the incident happened at 8.30 am on Sunday. A boy working in the compound told that his car has turned slightly skewed. We reached the balcony. The whole car sank into the pit before our eyes.
