| Demand letter to VC and Dean Language for implementation of Punjabi language: Patiala News |

VC and Dean have applied for the application of Punjabi language in all the graduate-level courses in Punjabi University. At the same time in the meeting of the language faculty of Punjabi University, it has been demanded. To teach Punjabi for three years in all professional courses including BCA. At Punjabi University, BCA was included in the professional course at the time of the then VC Dr. Ghumman. So Punjabi is being taught in this course in the first and second semester in one year only.
Dr. Surjit of the Punjabi Department has also written a letter to VC on this decision. This decision has been taken at the request of the students. It was demanded in the meeting of the Faculty of Languages that Punjabi should be taught in all the professional courses every year. The decision taken in BCA should also be withdrawn. Punjabi is taught every year before making BCA a professional course.
