The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has claimed that the car of the party’s national convener Arvind Kejriwal was allegedly attacked with bricks. The party alleged that BJP is plotting to kill Kejriwal due to fear of defeat in the upcoming assembly elections. On the other hand, BJP countered these allegations and claimed that Kejriwal’s car hit two youths, who were asking the AAP supremo questions about the development of Delhi.

AAP has also shared a video on X regarding this alleged attack on Kejriwal. AAP, which has been in power in Delhi since 2013, said in a post on X, “BJP is so panicked after seeing its defeat that it has resorted to such attacks to kill Kejriwal.” Does the BJP want to take revenge for the work done for the people of Delhi by killing Kejriwal?” According to preliminary reports, the alleged attack on Kejriwal took place in his own New Delhi constituency.
On the other hand, BJP candidate from New Delhi Assembly Constituency Parvesh Verma said that Kejriwal’s car hit two youths who were asking him questions about the development of Delhi.

In a post on X, Verma wrote, “Both (the youth) were taken to Lady Hardinge Hospital. Seeing defeat in front, they have forgotten the value of people’s lives. I am going to the hospital.” AAP is trying to return to power for the third consecutive time. AAP is facing a challenge from BJP and Congress in a triangular contest. – IANS
