Punjab News MP Charanjit Channi honored by Panchayats and residents of Ghar area

Former Chief Minister of Punjab Charanjit Singh Channi was honored by the local people at village Binderakh. He was honored by Congress Committee’s OBC. Panchayats of Ghar area, Ghar club and Gurudwara management committee Tap Asthan Baba Amar Nath Ji Binderakh under the supervision of Wing Punjab Vice Chairman Sukhwinder Singh to build a bridge on the river between Purkhali village and Binderakh in the area.

During the felicitation ceremony, Sukhwinder Singh said that when Charanjit Singh Channi became the Chief Minister of Punjab for a short time, he did a great job for the area by building a bridge over Haripur Chow on Chandigarh Ghanoli Marg near Binderakh. He said that earlier during the rainy days, due to this chow, the people of the villages near Binderakh lost contact with the villages located on the Purkhali side. On this occasion, apart from Sukhwinder Singh Binderakh, President of Ilaka Ghar Club Sukhwinder Singh Gill, Lakhwant Singh Hirdapur Vice Chairman SC Wing Punjab Congress, former District Youth President Surinder Singh Haripur, Sarpanch Surmukh Singh Binderakh, Sarpanch Sajjan Singh Haripur, Harvinder Singh Bhadal, Deepak Gupta. Pradhan Market Purkhali, Udham Singh Bittu, Bittu Bajwa Road Majra, Mohan Singh Mand Sarpanch Badi, Hardeep Singh Lakhmipur, Balwinder Singh Binderakh and other large number of local residents were present.
