Punjab News – Road Accident: Two persons were killed and another injured in a horrific road accident on the Ludhiana-Jalandhar highway last night. The deceased have been identified as Pankaj of Mehsampur village in Phillaur and taxi driver Deepak Baga of Jalandhar.
According to reports, the victims were going from Ludhiana to Jalandhar when their car went out of control and crossed the road divider and collided with an oncoming vehicle. The accident was so horrific that Pankaj and Deepak died on the spot, while the third person sustained serious injuries. The injured has been taken to a nearby hospital.
Eyewitnesses said that the car was moving at a high speed. The incident is being investigated by the local police.
