State Bank of India has given a great job opportunity for youth across the country. Finally announced the most awaited recruitment for Junior Associates 2024-25. It has seen a significant increase in the total number of vacancies, which has increased to 14191 as compared to 8,283 posts last year. This includes 13735 regular posts and 456 backlog posts.
It is to be noted that the application process has started on 17th December 2024 and interested candidates have time till 07th January 2025 to submit their applications.

Youth between the age of 20 to 28 years can apply for the post. They should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. It also allows final-year students to apply, provided they produce proof of graduation at the time of joining if selected.
The selection process for SBI Clerk Exam consists of two stages: Prelims and Mains. According to the notification the prelims exam is tentatively scheduled for February 2025 and the successful candidates will proceed to the mains exam, which is likely to be held in March/April 2025. Both exams assess candidates on subjects like reasoning, quantitative ability and English language skills. Ensuring that only the most qualified persons are selected for the positions. This position offers a competitive remuneration package.

The starting basic salary for a Junior Associate is Rs 26,730, inclusive of two annual increments. The application fee for candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC categories is Rs 750, while candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD categories are exempted from payment of fee, SBI has decided for this post.
