What do you want and how to achieve it? In fact, our mind talks to itself thousands of times every day. If these things are negative then difficulties arise. Especially the elderly often think that nothing can be done now. Change this thinking, praise yourself by completing small tasks. This will increase your confidence and you will feel less lonely. If negative thoughts come to your mind, do these 3 things, your self-confidence will increase and you will get happiness. Stop negative thoughts immediately. Whenever thoughts like ‘I have become old’ come to your mind, stop them immediately. Say positive sentences in their place – ‘I can still learn’. Do this exercise 10 times daily. This will increase your confidence. Visualize Success Every morning, close your eyes for 5 minutes and think about what you want – hanging out with family, learning a new skill or teaching your grandchildren something. See it as clearly as it has come true. Make small goals and celebrate Choose one small task a week. Like walking for 10 minutes every day or reading an old book. When completed, praise yourself – ‘I did good’. If this becomes a habit, you will be happy.
