Soumya says her family has played a big role in her success. His mother, Bina Gerbial, is a sub-inspector in the Intelligence Department in Nainital, while his father, Dev Singh Gerbial, is a senior. His elder sister, Sakshi Garbial, works as a manager at the Pilibhit branch of the Bank of Maharashtra. Her family has always encouraged her to move forward, helping Saumya achieve her goals.
