Summons to Yediyurappa: Bangaloru’s first fast track court to the former Karnataka Chief Minister and Member of the Central Parliament Committee of the BJP. Yeddyurappa has issued summons regarding the act of child protection from the protection of children. They are ordered to appear before the court on March 15.
The court has other accused in the case, YM Aruna and Roods also released the summons to Marulusidah and asked them to appear in court on the same day.
The court has passed the order after considering the chargesheet presented by the police in the case. Earlier, Yeddyurappa was released from the High Court in the case.
Yeddyurappa celebrated his 83nd birthday on Thursday, and he announced that he would start a state of visit to strengthen the BJP and bring to power in the state.
Earlier, on February 7, the Karnataka High Court had refused to reject the allegations against the BJP leader. He gave Yeddyurappa to Yeddyurappa advanced bail in court, which had been exempt from arrest.
