Mumbai, February 21
The equity benchmark indicator on Friday due to auto stock and continuous foreign funds are closed at lower levels on Friday. BSSE BENCHARE Sensex 424.90 points or 0.56 per cent fell on 75,311.06. During the day, it was reduced 623.55 points or 0.82 per cent of 0.82 per cent. NSE NIFTY 117.25 points or 0.51 per cent fell to 22,795.90. In four business days the BSE is 685.8 digits or 0.90 per cent while NIFTY ran 163.6 points or 0.71 per cent.
Mahindra and Mahindra broke up from 6 per cent from the Sensex Pack. Adani ports, Tata Motors, Sun Pharma, Power Grid, Zomito, ICICI Bank, IISI Bank, was also lagged behind. Tata Steel, Larson and Tabobo, HCL Tech, Asian Paints, HDFC Bank and NTPC increased. –News-Patiala
