In fact, a review meeting of the Education Department chaired by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai revealed that there are many vacant posts of teachers in the state. Therefore, the Chief Minister ordered the recruitment of 5,000 teachers to fill this shortage immediately. He also said that the recruitment for these posts should be done through Vyapam and a notification should be issued in February 2026, so that the recruitment process can be completed on time.
Teacher recruitment exam 2023 was also discussed in this meeting with the Chief Minister. It was decided that the validity of Teacher Recruitment Test 2023 waiting list will not be extended. Its objective was to provide opportunities to the youth who had passed the examination in previous years to join the government service. The Chief Minister said that improving the state’s education system is the top priority of the government, and all necessary steps should be taken immediately.
Candidates who have been waiting and preparing for the teacher recruitment exam for a long time should speed up their preparation now. Candidates should review the previous recruitment exam question papers and try to solve them. In fact, if the recruitment is announced for 5,000 posts, the number of applications is likely to reach lakhs, making the exam very difficult, so that unqualified candidates can be weeded out before the next stage of the exam.
