Bihar also offers scholarship schemes for students. Scholarships are provided through the Chief Minister Boys and Girls Promotion Scheme and Post-Matric Scholarship. Candidates can apply on PMEB scholarship portal. This scholarship is not limited to only intermediate students; Students studying at college and university level also get this benefit. Funds are transferred directly to candidates’ bank accounts.

Scholarships in Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan

Students from Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan also avail the scholarship. Two scholarship schemes for students in Madhya Pradesh are quite popular: “Meritorious Student Scheme” and “Housing Assistance Scheme”. These schemes provide monthly allowance to the students. Similarly, Rajasthan also offers “Post-Matric Scholarship” and “Chief Minister Higher Education Scholarship Scheme”. Students can apply through SJE Rajasthan portal.

National Central Scholarship

Apart from the state government, the central government also provides scholarships to the students. The Central Government provides benefits to minority, SC/ST, and disabled students in all states through the National Scholarship Portal (NSP). Students can apply online after checking their eligibility.
