Under these recruitments announced by the Department of Child Development Services and Nutrition, honorarium-based posts for Anganwadi Assistants and Anganwadi Workers will be filled in several districts across the state. This recruitment is for ongoing child development projects in both urban and rural areas. Several districts including Hapur, Amroha, Lalitpur, Siddharthnagar, Pratapgarh, Sitapur, Deoria and Shamli have issued their respective notifications. Selected candidates for the post of Anganwadi Assistant will get an honorarium of ₹2,250 per month. The honorarium for the post of worker will be as per the concerned departmental rules. UP Anganwadi Vacancy: Educational Qualification and Marking System
At least 12th pass is required to apply for these posts. Importantly, only female candidates are eligible for these posts.
Marks obtained in Intermediate will be divided by 10 to determine the selection process.
For example: 45% = 4.5 marks
59% = 5.9 points
The grades obtained in the grading system will be converted into percentage as per government orders.

Women living in the same gram sabha or ward will be given priority in this recruitment.
Special priority will be given to:
Widows, divorcees, or abandoned women who fall below poverty line (BPL).
