Use of Agentic AI: The giants of the Human Resource sector in India hope that in the coming years, there will be a tremendous bounce in the acceptance of Agentic Artificial Intelligence (Agentic AI). A recent report claimed that by 2027, the rate of adoption of agent AI may increase by 383%. Agentic AI is being seen as a technique that gives AI agents the ability to work by taking decisions on their own without human interference. That is, machines will work by thinking themselves, that too completely independently.

Report revealed

The report has been released by the American Cloud Software Company Slesforce which includes the opinion of 200 human resource officials around the world. The report is a clear indication that digital labor is now becoming a trend but the backbone of business. It is estimated that the arrival of AI agents may increase productivity by an average of 41.7% in the next two years.

Chros (Chief Human Resource Officers) in India hopes that they will have to change the roles of 24.7% employees due to agent AI. At the same time, 88% HR heads say that they are planning to re -train their staff so that they can keep pace with technology in this changing era.

The report also shows that 81% of Indian HR leaders believe that teamwork and communication such as teamwork and communication have become more important to work with Agentic AI. Nathhali Skardino, President and Chief Peepal Officer of Slesforce, says that “every field will have to re -design its jobs. Employees will have to learn technical, human and strategic skills together for success in the digital age.”

HR leaders liking changes

According to the report, a large section of HR leaders in India is ready to adopt this change. About 85% of Indian HR officials believe that human employees and digital agents will work together in the coming five years. However, the situation at the moment is that only 12% of Chros has fully implemented agentic AI in its organizations.

In addition, more than 60% HR officials believe that their employees still do not understand how AI will affect their job. Overall, the report indicates that the phase of digital labor and agent AI has started in India and in the coming years this work can only change the definition of culture and efficiency.
