Delhi High Course has lifted many restrictions to Lok Sabha member from Baramulla (Jammu and Kashmir) at the prison; Promislative to talk to the media at the use of mobile phone

The Delhi High Court led to Jammu and Kashmir MP Rashid Sheikh Jriaas Rashid Engineer (J & K Mp Abid Sheikh Alias Rashid Engineer) allowed the two-day ‘verbal parole’ to join the running session of Parliament Is. High Court Justice Development Mahajan (Justice Vikas Mahajan) said that the decision of Parliament could join the budget season 11 and 13 February.
In the ‘verbati parole, there is a prisoner or jail man to be taken to the meeting / function near the armed police personnel. Under this decision, some restrictions and gods were framed on bail conditions on Rashin, including the cellphone or not to address the media etc.
The court said Rashid would be taken to Parliament Hawan to join the Lok Sabha session and would be taken back to the prison later. Within Parliament, security will be decided by consulting the Lok Sabha Secretary General.
Rashid, which are the Lok Sabha member from Baramula Parliamentary constituency of Jammu and Kashmir, facing the allegations of funding and terrorist groups in jail and against terrorist groups of jealous. The court had secured his Hukam on February 7. News-Patiala
