Earthquakes have been felt on Thursday morning Thursday morning in Assam’s Mergaon district. Terms of quake on Richter scale is measured 5. Earthquake felt in other parts of Guwahai and the state. According to the Seismology (NCS) in the center of the earthquake in 2 years, the earthquake was 16 kilometers in the ground. There is no news for any life or financial loss due to an earthquake. Earthquake in Assam have been felt for the occasions with a terrible earthquake at the Gulf two days ago. The tremors were also felt in many other parts of Kolkata and West Bengal. –IANS
