Pilgrims wishing to visit Sikh religious places in Pakistan on the occasion of Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s birth anniversary and Guru Arjan Dev Ji’s martyrdom day can apply at the Deputy Commissioner’s office to visit Pakistan. This application can be given till January 27.
Giving this information, Mayor Pooja Kumari said that the pilgrims have to take permission from the state government to go to Pakistan. Those pilgrims who are willing to go to Pakistan on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh and the martyrdom day of Shri Guru Arjan Dev Ji, they should apply till January 27. Commissioners can submit their application in the office so that their names will be recommended after due scrutiny.
