New Delhi, January 10
The Supreme Court has allowed petitioners who dropped out of the course between November 5 and 18, 2024 to register for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced. A bench of Justice BR Gwai and Justice Augustine George Masih passed the order while hearing petitions filed against the reduction in the number of opportunities (from three to two) given to JEE Advanced examinees. The Supreme Court said that the Joint Admission Board (JAB), which conducts the JEE-Advanced examination, issued a press statement on November 5 last year and said that the students appearing for the 12th examination in the academic year 2023, 2024 and 2025 should appear for the JEE-Advanced examination. will be able to -News-Patiala
