Newspatiala, May 8, 2023: News of deaths of Punjabis in foreign countries keeps coming up. Another such unfortunate news has come out from Canada, where a 28-year-old Punjabi youth, who had gone to Canada about 7 months ago, died tragically in a car accident at Parry Sound, Ontario, Canada.
The deceased youth has been identified as Amanpreet Singh son of Jatinder Singh, resident of Satnam Nagar, Doraha, Tehsil Payal, District Ludhiana. As soon as the news of this grief reached the family members and relatives, there was an outcry and mourning everywhere.
According to the information received, on the morning of April 15, Amanpreet Singh’s car was a victim of a terrible road accident near Parry Sound, Ontario province, Canada. He was rushed to Sunnybrook Hospital (Toronto) for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The last rites of deceased Amanpreet Singh were performed in Brampton, Ontario today according to Sikh customs.
