Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan today said that the National Testing Agency will conduct entrance exams only for higher education institutions from next year (2025) and the agency will not conduct recruitment exams. He said that talks are going on with the Ministry of Health regarding conducting the NEET-UG exam in pen-paper mode or online. Pradhan said, “The government is considering computer adaptive test and tech-driven (technology-based) entrance exams in the near future.” Talking about the examination reforms, Pradhan said that NTA will be reconstituted next year. Ten new posts will be created. -News-Patiala
