Celina Jaitley asked for compensation of Rs 50 crore from her husband, filed a case of domestic violence

New Delhi. Former Bollywood Miss India and Miss Universe runner-up Celina Jaitley has filed a case of domestic violence against her husband and Austrian businessman Peter Hogh. The actress has filed this complaint in a Mumbai court. She has described her husband as ‘narcissistic’ and ‘selfish’, who has no sympathy towards his wife and three children. According to the information, a complaint has been lodged in the Judicial Magistrate of Andheri Court, Mumbai on 21 November 2025.

Celina Jaitley has demanded compensation of Rs 50 crore for the loss of income caused by Peter Hogg. Apart from this, he has also demanded a monthly maintenance of Rs 10 lakh, no permission to visit his Mumbai residence and custody of his three children. While hearing this petition, the court has issued a notice to Peter Hogg. The team of law firm Karanjawala & Company is advocating this case on behalf of Celina.

According to the allegations, Peter’s short temper and alcohol addiction forced Selena to flee Austria to India. Currently the children are with Peter in Austria. Selena and Peter were married in Austria in 2011. Twin sons Winston and Viraj were born in March 2012. In September 2017, second twin sons Arthur and Shamsher were born, but Shamsher died a few days after birth.

This matter is also in discussion because last year itself, Celina had shared a long romantic post for Peter on Instagram on her anniversary. She had written how 14 years ago, Peter had come to Mumbai for just 8 hours to propose to her and how her mother’s prediction came true. Celina had written, ‘Marriage should be above small matters.’ But now it seems that this relationship could not bear the burden of those ‘small things’.

Talking about Celina’s film career, she has worked in films like ‘No Entry’, ‘Apna Sapna Money Money’, ‘Money Hi To Honey Hai’, ‘Golmaal Returns’ and ‘Thank You’.
