Bihar CGL 4 Recruitment 2025 will cover 1,541 vacancies, while Office Sevadar Recruitment 2025 will cover 4,388 vacancies. A few days ago, 60 posts were added in BSSC CGL-4 Recruitment and 661 posts in Office Attendant Recruitment. The original notification mentioned only 1,481 posts for BSSC CGL-4 and 3,727 posts for Office Attendant recruitment.
25 marks for contract candidates
Contract candidates will now get maximum 25 marks. Pre-contractual service will be awarded at the rate of five marks per year for satisfactory service rendered by the candidate, up to a maximum of 25 marks (for any part of a year, the proportionate marks obtained by multiplying the number of working days by 5 and dividing by 365 shall be added). The entire period of service rendered as a result of contract appointments will be exempted within this maximum limit. Any fraction of a year will also be included.
How many vacancies are reserved for which category in Office Attendant Recruitment?
Out of total 4388 posts in office attendant recruitment, 1416 posts will be reserved for women under 35% horizontal reservation. Out of 4388 posts, 2041 posts are non-guard. 627 posts will be reserved for SC, 53 for ST, 809 for Very Backward Classes, 297 for Backward Classes, 123 for Backward Class Women, and 438 for EWS category.

This recruitment drive will fill the vacancies of Office Sevadar in various Departments and Ministries of Government of Bihar. The highest number of office servant posts, 1,138, are in the Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, followed by 500 in the Building Construction Department.
