The Karnataka High Court today canceled the summons of the Enforcement Directorate today on Muda Site Allotment matters. The court also rejected the summons issued to Urban Development Minister BS Sureshish, whose name was not as the accused but ED invited ED to question.
Justice M Nagpressna sought a decision on petitions challenge ED proceedings from Parvati and Suresh. Parvati’s lawyer argued that ED is investigating the case by the Lokyukti Police and a Special Investigation Team (Sit) Despite the case. Meanwhile, Additional Salvind Kampath argued that Parwati had a second accused in the case and was randomed.
