The 1984 Anti-Sikh RIOTS The Prosecution Partitions have sought death sentence for the 1984 Sikh riots for the Hazjan Kumar Sajjar Kumar.
The prosecution today informed a special judge Cauvery Bavaja. He is the maximum age sentence for murder. As a result for arguments from Kumar’s lawyer, the judge adjourned the next hearing of the case for February 21.
